There is a growing awareness that we are in charge of our own destiny.
Yet some of us feel stuck in the ruts we have created in our life's path.
So, how do we repave the path so that it is smoother
or how do we alter this path by taking a different turn at the next fork?
Meditation is a powerful, non-denominational process that brings a
person back to the state of peace where you can begin to see the way
to change the things in your life that do not work for you anymore.
Through the process of guided meditation, anyone can be taught how
to quiet your mind and body long enough to hear the answers to the
questions in your life. This is not magic nor is it listening to other voices.
It is listening to your own inner guidance which side steps the ego which
is sometimes driven by selfish self-serving advice.
If you want to quit smoking, reduce your weight, or set new goals,
the first step is to become more focused, more at peace with yourself,
and more in control of your emotions.

Guided Meditation Training
Register for a 45 minute session Fee: $40
Through the process of guided hypnosis you
will learn how to enter this peaceful state and
what it feels like so you may repeat it in your
own space and time whenever you desire.
Once you have found success in this process-
you can move on to work on changing the habits,
attitudes, or beliefs that keep you locked into
activities or states of mind that you clearly
want and need to change.
There is no instant pill to take that will change
anything for you. But...you have the ability to
change them permanently with the power of
your mind.

If you have a small group interested in forming a
group session (3-6 people) at the group rate
of $35. per session per person, please contact me
to set up a schedule. I can do these in your home, my office in East Moriches,
or other facility that you arrange.
