This series will work on increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, the use of daily affirmations and relaxation techniques, and hypnosis sessions for a gradual healing of negative emotions and habits.
Session One: An introduction to hypnosis. What is hypnosis? An introduction to self-hypnosis for daily use. A hypnotic session to build self-confidence and self-esteem. Finding the place of relaxation and peace that will enable you to change your life. Creation of daily affirmations. CD #1 for daily practice to reinforce your new goals.
Session Two: Creation of Benefit sheet for changing your eating habits and reducing your weight. Hypnosis session #2 to re-program your eating habits and beliefs. CD # 2 for daily practice to reinforce your new goals. Sharing of progress.
Session Three: Hypnosis session #3 for the emotional issues that sabotage your success. CD # 3 for daily practice to reinforce your new goals. Sharing of progress.
Session Four: Hypnosis session #4 to realize the new path potential toward your new goals. CD # 4 for daily practice to reinforce your new goals. Sharing of progress.
Fee: $200 for the four sessions. This is a series with incremental steps and should be scheduled one week apart for maximum benefit. Can be paid in one full payment or two $100 payments.
